Papallacta Hot Springs - Optional Overnight Stay
Altitude: 3700 m.a.s.l.
Papallacta (potato land in Quechua) is a little town located 64 Kilometers east of Quito in the middle of the Royal Andes Mountain Cord, between two of the tallest active volcanoes of Ecuador: Cayambe to the north and Antisana to the south.
Papallacta's hot springs are the perfect plan to combine any of our one day programs.
Heated up to 50º Celsius (122º Fahrenheit) by volcanic forces, Termas de Papallacta
Spa and Resort has around 12 pools at different temperatures.
All of the pools are outdoors, surrounded by gardens and Andean landscapes.
On clear nights is even possible to see the beautiful Antisana Volcano.
Termas de Papallacta offers excellent accommodations in hotel rooms or luxury cabins, complemented by their restaurants, which serve a range of culinary delights.
This extra option is a choice you won't regret.
